Reservations:

To confirm, please make a deposit of one night's price, to be credited to the last night of your stay. A sales tax of 6% will be charged per Tennessee law.

Cancellations:

Accepted up until 7 days prior to scheduled arrival and your deposit will be refunded, less a $10.00 handling fee.

Guest Room Information:

Prices listed are for one or two people. Serenity Farm is a smoke free environment except at designated areas.

Serenity Room

Located in our home, the room features a beautiful view of the Tennessee hills and pastureland.

• $65.00 per night

Barn Guest Room

Located in the barn, this comfortable room allows you to stay right with your horses.

• Queen size bed
• TV with DVD capability
• Air conditioned
• Private bathroom
• $55.00 per night. Can accommodate additional person on the couch for an additional $20.00 per night.

Check in after 3:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM
