Serenity Farm Foxtrotters and Goldendoodles

Our experience with the Missouri Foxtrotter changed our lives. This beautiful breed, full of personality and all around performance influenced us to make a life change. We are now devoted to full time breeding, preparation, training and sales of Foxtrotters so other horse lovers can buy a safe, sound horse they can partner with. We maintain a schedule of immunizations, worming, hoof maintenance, dietary supplementation and equine dentistry.

Our mission at Serenity Farm Foxtrotters is to present foundation bred, colorful and versatile foxtrotters that are started and trained in a "natural horsemanship" program. Serenity Farm Foxtrotters, owners Michael and Sharon Lesner and the Trail Head Foxtrotters, owners Wade and Pam Hamlett, located in Grandin, Missouri have formed a collaborative breeding program based on our mission.

Breeding Objectives

  • We will breed foundation bred Missouri Foxtrotters with less than 50% Tennessee Walking Horse bloodlines. The foxtrotters that we produce will have a V factor of less than 128.
  • We are committed to decreasing the potential for the pace in our foxtrotters, so breeding stock is selected from foundation stock that has a low V factor with correct conformation and good dispositions.
  • We want to produce foxtrotters that are versatile and can compete and win against non-gaited horses in different horse disciplines.
  • We want to convert the non-gaited horse buyers to this breed.

Michael, Sharon, Wade and Pam would like to welcome you. We invite you to come and visit our farms and see our horses.
